Jump-Start

For Swimmers Who Want to Work on the Basics

Jump-Start is a series of four sessions where we evaluate your current comfort level in the water and work on getting the basics under control. I will be in the water with you; each time for immediate feedback.


  • Session 1: Observing your starting point in terms of form and stamina, and outlining where our areas of focus will be. 
  • Session 2: Breathing, kicking and body posture.
  • Session 3: Breaking down the stroke.
  • Session 4: Putting together the first three lessons and pointing out incremental improvement.
