Founding Consultant
Michael Locke is an experienced professional with nearly 20 years in consulting and federal service in areas ranging from urban planning and disaster recovery to hazmat transportation safety and immigration services. He is an alumnus of UC Berkeley and holds masters degrees from Johns Hopkins SAIS and the Naval Postgraduate School.
Mr. Locke is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA); he has a decade of experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) at the Black Belt level.
